where do we go from here

Hello,

I am Ranadheer Reddy Baddam. Age - 62 years. Graduate Chemical engineer from Osmania University (1969).

Idid not participate in the 68-69 Telangana agitation. I was not aware of the issues at that time except the resentment towards persons from Andhra region. After 40 years I am not certain whether Telangana remains under developed due to exploitation by persons from other regions. Personally I would like all Telugu speaking people to continue in one state.

Let me hasten to add that my intention is not to start a debate on whether Telangana should get separated. I am for development of Telangana (read development of people of Telangana). I am starting this blog to share ideas and views on ways and means of developing Telangana.

  1. ranadheer anna, Telangana state is not the complete solution to all the problems of telangana. It is only the first and required step towards that direction. We have lot of work to do once we get our telangana state and we all have to work towards achieving that. There are 1000 reasons to explain how telangana region is marginalized. There is a lot of work already on internet with the facts and figures.

Anna this division of the state is purely for administrative purpose. Telugu people today are spread across the entire world. Does it mean that there is no unity in telugu people ? There are 8 states which speak hindi, 2 states with punjabi speaking people. India is unity in diversity. We are protecting our diversity and staying united. Telangana is also a step towards it.

Also what is wrong if telugus have 2 capital cities. Is it a wise thing to have one capital for 9 crore telugu people ? Dont you think a capital in andhra would make life easier for the people of andhra also ?

    Please support the telangana state.
